Strategy reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $125.4 million, down from $128.7 million a year earlier, according to a 10-Q summary published by TradingView. Its bottom line moved sharply the other way: profit attributable to shareholders climbed to $19.12 billion from $2.65 billion, mainly because its bitcoin holdings were revalued at fair value. Diluted earnings per share reached $44.75, against $8.42 a year ago.

Over nine months, software revenue rose 5% to $372.1 million, and subscription revenue grew 49%. Management expects sales from legacy licenses and support to keep declining. From the second quarter of 2026, Strategy reports its Software and Bitcoin segments separately.

At September 30, the company held 847,666 bitcoin, up from 672,500 at year-end, as it kept building its long-term position.
