According to RNS, the news service of the London Stock Exchange, the threshold at Advanced Medical Solutions Group PLC was crossed on 9 October 2026, and the issuer was notified on 13 October. Total voting rights held reached 5.245538%: 4.324922% through shares (9,497,710 shares) and 0.920616% through financial instruments, mainly cash-settled equity swaps.

At Spire Healthcare Group PLC the threshold was crossed on 12 October, with notification sent on 14 October. The combined position rose to 5.479875% from 5.451563% in the previous filing. Of this, 0.439434% is held in shares (1,769,861 shares) and 5.040441% in instruments with similar economic effect, which are cash-settled equity swaps. The issuer has 22,070,721 voting rights in total.
