CF Industries Q3 revenue rises 12% to $1.86 billion

CF Industries reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.86 billion, up from $1.66 billion a year earlier. Net earnings attributable to common stockholders rose 23.5% to $436 million, and diluted earnings per share reached $2.87 versus $2.19. The figures come from a 10-Q summary published by TradingView.

Gross margin climbed 14% to $720 million, as sales volume grew 7% and average selling prices rose 5%. The UAN segment lifted gross margin 17% to $269 million on a 27% jump in volume. Ammonia gross margin surged 80% to $194 million, even though sales volume fell 8%.

The company also received $62 million of additional business interruption insurance recoveries tied to its Yazoo City facility, where production is expected to resume in the first half of 2027. Construction at the Blue Point project began in August 2026, with low-carbon ammonia output expected in 2029.
