BlackRock discloses stakes in eight UK companies involved in takeover situations

BlackRock, Inc. published Form 8.3 disclosures through the London Stock Exchange's RNS service covering eight companies subject to the UK Takeover Code. The positions are stated as of 13 October 2026, and the filings are dated 14 October.

The largest holding was reported in SEGRO, at 153,145,931 shares, or 11.30%. Including derivatives, the total position comes to 12.40%. In Bodycote, the fund holds 10,373,171 shares (6.09%), or 9.79% including derivatives. Rotork shows 6.60% in shares and 8.12% in total, while easyJet shows 4.19% in shares and 6.12% overall.

In Vesuvius, BlackRock holds 12,648,812 shares (5.09%) and a short cash-settled derivative position of 926,292 (0.37%). SThree stands at 1.78%, RHI Magnesita at 2.47% with no short positions, and Pollen Street at 4.11% in shares and 4.32% in total. The filings also name Prologis, Inc. in relation to SEGRO and RHI Magnesita N.V. in relation to Vesuvius.
