Gamma Communications: funds disclose new stakes in the company's shares

Investment firm Nursery Road Capital Management reported that as of 15 October 2026 it owned 8,926 ordinary shares in Gamma Communications, or 0.01%. Through cash-settled derivatives it held another 1,207,789 shares (1.3526%), bringing its total to 1.3626%. The disclosure was published via the London Stock Exchange's RNS service, with Gamma Communications Plc listed as publisher.

On the same day the fund raised its long CFD position by 350,000 shares at GBP 10.9350 each. Gresham House Asset Management, according to a disclosure carried by ru.tradingview.com, holds 1,530,031 shares, or 1.71%, and sold 34,758 shares at GBP 10.95.

Both filings are made under Rule 8.3 of the UK Takeover Code, which requires holders of 1% or more in a company in an offer period to report dealings in its securities.
