FIBRA Prologis Q3 2026 results: occupancy fell, FFO per CBFI rose

TradingView reported, citing a PRNewswire release, that FIBRA Prologis, which owns and runs Class-A warehouse and industrial properties in Mexico, published its third-quarter 2026 results. The net effective rent change on rollover was 36.2%, period-end occupancy was 96.5%, average occupancy was 95.1%, and customer retention reached 66.0%.

Net earnings per CBFI came to US$0.1095 versus US$0.0530 a year earlier, while FFO per CBFI was US$0.0574 against US$0.0561. As of September 30, 2026, leverage stood at 24.2% and liquidity was about US$1.2 billion. Updated 2026 guidance calls for FFO per CBFI of US$0.2400 to US$0.2500 and year-end occupancy of 96.5% to 97.5%.
