Verition Fund Management LLC has disclosed its positions in shares of three UK-listed companies linked to takeover situations. The Rule 8.3 filings of the Takeover Code were published through RNS on 21 October 2026 and cover positions and dealings as of 20 October.

In Pollen Street Group Ltd, the fund holds 680,596 shares, or 1.15%, with no short positions. On the day it increased its long position via CFDs by 250 shares at 895.00 pence. In RHI Magnesita N.V., the fund's long stake is 8,613 shares (0.01%) and its short position is 45,948 (0.09%). It increased its long CFD position by 1,477 at 2,622.30 pence, reduced its short by 2 at 2,580.00 pence and added 5 to its short at 2,616.66 pence. In Vesuvius plc, the long position stands at 2,721,423 shares (1.09%) and the short at 329 (0.00%). The fund reduced its long CFD position by 8,568 shares at 461.46 pence.
