Tigress Financial Raises Costco Price Target to $1,250 as Shares Near Best Week

Tigress Financial analyst Joseph Feldman lifted his price target on Costco Wholesale to $1,250 from $1,065 and kept a Buy rating. The new target implies about 28% upside from the last close, and according to Stocktwits the stock was on track for its strongest week since May, up 3.2% so far this week.

Feldman pointed to membership as a central strength. In the fiscal fourth quarter, membership fee income rose 7.3% year on year to $1.85 billion, paid Executive members climbed 9.4% to 42.3 million, and the worldwide renewal rate held at 89.8%. Net sales for the five weeks ended Oct. 4 reached $30.02 billion, up 13%, while online and other digitally supported sales jumped 19%.

The analyst also highlighted AI-driven shopping tools, same-day delivery and new international warehouses as possible drivers of future earnings. Stocktwits noted that retail sentiment on its platform remained bearish.
