According to TradingView, Scholar Rock granted seven employees 61,020 shares in total: options on 17,461 shares priced at $41.94 and restricted stock units covering 43,559 shares. Stoke Therapeutics granted options to 18 employees effective October 15, including 70,000 options to its newly appointed senior vice president and chief information officer, at an exercise price of $24.61 per share. Zenas BioPharma, per GlobeNewswire, granted 74,900 RSUs on October 15 to new employees, vesting in four equal annual installments.
