Teledyne reports record quarterly sales and raises its 2026 earnings outlook

According to TradingView, Teledyne Technologies posted record quarterly sales and operating profit for the third quarter of 2026. Net sales reached $1,684.9 million, up 9.4% from a year earlier. GAAP diluted EPS came in at $5.82, a 25.2% rise, while non-GAAP EPS was $6.72, up 20.6%. Operating cash flow totaled $352.5 million and free cash flow was $319.5 million.

The company raised its full-year 2026 outlook: GAAP EPS is now expected at $21.71 to $21.87, up from $20.73 to $20.99, and non-GAAP EPS at $25.40 to $25.50, up from $24.45 to $24.65. Teledyne also announced a pending acquisition of Varex Imaging for about $1.1 billion. Its consolidated leverage ratio stood at 0.9x at quarter end, and it repurchased $224.6 million of stock in September and through October 19 at a weighted average price of $607.03 per share.
