Stifel keeps Buy rating on TTM Technologies and Gentherm

According to the analyst note, the company's revenue grew 60% year over year in 3Q26 to $1.20 billion, and adjusted EPS reached $1.46. Demand was strongest in the Aerospace & Defense and Medical Industrial segments.

Stifel also noted that TTM has shifted from a cyclical printed circuit board maker to a broader technology supplier. In the analysts' view, demand from AI infrastructure and defense programs remains durable, and recent acquisitions are helping the company expand its market share.

Stifel also maintained a Buy rating on Gentherm with a $46 price target, which implies a 75.9% upside from the October 22 close of $26.15. The analysts pointed to growing adoption of Gentherm's automotive products, especially in China, and to the acquisition of Modine Performance Technologies, which opens opportunities in commercial vehicles and power generation. The company posted EBITDA margins of 11.1% despite inflationary pressure.
