SKK Holdings Closes $258.8 Million Rantizo Asset Deal

According to globenewswire.com, SKK Holdings Limited has completed the acquisition of substantially all drone assets owned by Rantizo, Inc. The transaction is valued at approximately $258.8 million and was funded mainly with newly issued Class A ordinary shares. The acquired assets support spraying, seeding and monitoring for agriculture, forestry, emergency response and other commercial uses.

Following the closing, the company will change its name to Rantizo. Its Class A ordinary shares are expected to start trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker “RNTZ” on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Rantizo received 51,966,591 newly issued Class A shares, giving it approximately 87% of the company’s issued and outstanding Class A shares.

In a related transaction, Rantizo agreed to buy 1,085,264 Class B shares from existing holders for aggregate cash consideration of $8 million, payable after certain post-closing conditions are met. The company also granted selected individuals Class A shares with an aggregate grant-date value of $12.0 million. Rantizo will have the right to nominate two directors, while the transaction and management shares are subject to a six-month lock-up.
