Schroder Euro Real sets sterling dividend at 1.24986 pence

London Stock Exchange reported through its RNS service on 12 October 2026 that Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc had fixed the sterling conversion rate for its upcoming distribution. The trust announced on 17 September a third interim dividend of 1.48 euro cents per share for the year ending 30 September 2026. The filing carries RNS number 6097Y.

Investors on the UK register will be paid in pounds unless they submitted a currency instruction to the registrar, Equiniti Limited, by 9 October 2026.
