Peach Property CEO Klinck to exit, Rita Sprenger named finance chief

Swiss-listed real estate investor Peach Property Group AG is reshuffling its leadership after completing a broad overhaul of its portfolio and balance sheet, according to an ad hoc notice reported by Reuters. Chief Executive Gerald Klinck, who has led the company since 2024, will leave the Executive Board at the end of October and depart the firm on December 31, 2026. He will keep advising the company on the further reduction of its non-strategic holdings.

Michael Zahn, the current chairman of the Board of Directors, will become Executive Chairman, as the articles of association allow. Rita Sprenger, who has overseen finance since 2021 and helped steer the financial restructuring over the past two years, takes over as Chief Financial Officer and joins the Executive Board from November 1, 2026. Alongside COO Stefanie Koch and group general counsel Holger Franz, she will handle day-to-day operations.

During Klinck's tenure the company refinanced liabilities of around EUR 1 billion and sold roughly 8,000 residential units from its non-strategic portfolio. The loan-to-value ratio dropped from above 50% to about 45%.
