Needham reaffirms Buy ratings on Synopsys, Snowflake and Enovis

TradingView reported that Needham maintained its Buy rating on Synopsys with a $620.00 price target. The target represents implied upside of 21.6% from the Oct. 9 close of $509.99. Analysts cited Synopsys’ strong EDA position as semiconductor companies increase in-house chip-design investment, broadening the company’s customer base. Higher earnings estimates also reflect expectations for improved margins in its IP business and a new royalty stream.

Needham likewise reiterated Buy on Snowflake with a $450.00 target, implying 22.0% upside from the Oct. 9 close of $368.89. The analyst note pointed to continued revenue growth, a larger customer base and rising consumption of Snowflake’s services. AI integration, product adoption and enterprise demand for data modernization were identified as additional growth drivers.

For Enovis, Needham kept its Buy rating and $34.00 target, compared with a $17.69 close on Oct. 9, implying 92.2% upside. The broker expects a mix shift toward faster-growing, higher-margin products, particularly in the Prevention & Recovery segment. StoneX also maintained Buy on Skydance with an $11.00 target, 20.1% above the $9.16 close. Its expectations include $20.8 billion in licensing revenue by 2030 and $5 billion in synergies by 2029.
