Large funds disclose stakes in SThree, Tate & Lyle and Bodycote

Acadian Asset Management, L&G Asset Management and Verition Fund Management have filed Form 8.3 disclosures covering shares in companies subject to the UK Takeover Code. The filings were distributed through RNS, the news service of the London Stock Exchange.

Acadian holds 1,815,246 SThree plc shares (1.58%) and cash-settled derivatives over 221,498 shares (0.18%), for a total of 2,036,744 positions, or 1.76%. The firm also took in 125,736 shares through a transfer. L&G Asset Management Limited controls 5,578,836 Tate & Lyle plc shares (1.25%) and bought 10,944 of them at GBP 5.6175 each on October 14. Verition Fund Management holds 3,004,853 Bodycote plc shares through cash-settled derivatives (1.76%) and reports no short positions.

Verition's filing also lists CFD trades: 3,595 shares added at 910.05 pence, 6,302 reduced at 910.24 pence and 4,499 added at 910.48 pence.
