Investors disclose positions and trades in Ashtead Technology shares

Verition Fund Management LLC reported a long cash-settled derivatives position covering 838,184 shares, or 1.03%, and an increase in a long CFD position covering 78,182 shares at 534.64 GBp. All five disclosures stated that no agreements had been entered into that could induce or discourage dealings.
