The firm had first disclosed on October 12, 2026 that it won the contest to supply an INLINECOATER IC2000 coating system to the research institute ICSI in Romania.

The award works as a preliminary agreement, and a definitive supply contract still needs to be signed. The value is estimated at around EUR 1.5 million, with shipment planned for 2027. Impact Coatings will now negotiate the final terms with ICSI and plans to update the market once the deal is signed or if material changes arise.
