HC Wainwright keeps Buy rating on Adagene with $7 price target

The analyst note points to clear progress in the company's trials. Dosing has started in a Phase 1 study of ADG138 in advanced solid tumors, and updates from the Phase 1b/2 study of ADG126 (muzastotug) in metastatic colorectal cancer with microsatellite-stable tumors were encouraging. The brokerage also flagged upcoming data on overall survival and duration of response for muzastotug combined with pembrolizumab, which it believes could strengthen the company's market position.
