BlackRock discloses positions in Irish Continental, Kenmare, Mitie and SThree

The London Stock Exchange published BlackRock, Inc.’s Rule 8.3 disclosures dated 12 October 2026. As of 9 October, BlackRock held 2,763,777 Irish Continental Group Units Plc shares, or 1.86%, and reported the purchase of 340 shares at EUR 7.9400.

BlackRock’s position in Kenmare Resources Plc stood at 2,207,771 shares, or 2.47%; no short positions or derivative dealings were disclosed. In Mitie Group plc, the total position was 128,428,462 shares, or 9.86%, comprising 88,224,886 owned shares and 40,203,576 shares through cash-settled derivatives. BlackRock purchased 855,665 shares at GBP 2.1039 and 13,300 at GBP 2.1050, while selling 16,461 at GBP 2.1000 and 82,039 at GBP 2.1040. It also increased a long CFD position by 1,107,581 reference shares at GBP 2.1020 and reported a Transfer In of Shares involving 5,576 shares.

For SThree plc, BlackRock disclosed 2,181,877 shares, or 1.79%, including 2,172,994 owned shares and 8,883 shares through cash-settled derivatives. A Transfer In of Shares involving 2,188 shares was also reported. BlackRock retained investment discretion but lacked voting authority over 3,352,908 Mitie shares and 406,188 SThree shares.
