Barclays and funds disclose positions in UK-listed companies

The London Stock Exchange reported that Barclays PLC made Rule 8.3 disclosures covering Spire Healthcare Group PLC, SEGRO PLC, Tate & Lyle PLC and SThree plc. The positions and dealings were dated 09 Oct 2026. In Spire Healthcare, Barclays reported total interests of 13,330,715 shares, or 3.31%, and short positions of 13,351,277 shares, also 3.31%. In SEGRO, its interests covered 20,996,197 shares, or 1.55%, while short positions stood at 18,728,757 shares, or 1.38%; the filing also referred to Prologis Inc.

For Tate & Lyle, Barclays reported interests of 11,112,711 shares, or 2.49%, alongside short positions of 11,180,769 shares, or 2.51%. In SThree, the corresponding figures were 4,033,307 shares, or 3.32%, and 4,044,228 shares, or 3.32%. Barclays recorded purchases, sales and cash-settled derivative transactions across all four companies.

Separately, American Century Investment Management, Inc disclosed 7,270,688 Spire Healthcare shares, or 1.81%, after purchasing 2,646 shares at 2.4726 GBP. Trium Capital LLP reported an interest of 8,336,509 shares through cash-settled derivatives, or 2.06%, and disclosed an increase in a long position covering 1,034 reference shares at 2.465 GBP.
