According to Dow Jones Newswires, citing the Wall Street Journal, the company is aiming to list the week of Nov. 16, though the timing could shift. The planned ticker is "ANT". People familiar with the matter say the offering could raise $100 billion or more at a valuation of $1.5 to $2 trillion, which would surpass the record set by SpaceX's June deal.

The filing shows first-half revenue of roughly $16.3 billion for the period ended June 30, compared with $1.2 billion a year earlier. The company also reported an $80.7 billion net loss for the same stretch, largely tied to an accounting adjustment on financing agreements. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are the lead banks on the deal.
