Affle 3i to buy Israel's Perion Network for $420 million in cash

According to TradingView, Affle 3i Ltd said on Sunday, November 1, that it intends to acquire Tel Aviv-based advertising technology company Perion Network. The implied equity value is about $420 million, and Perion shareholders will receive $11.70 per share in an all-cash transaction.

The boards of both companies have already approved the deal. Closing is expected in early 2027, subject to regulatory clearances and a vote by Perion shareholders. Before that vote, Perion has a go-shop period during which it can seek alternative offers. As of September 30, 2026, Perion had cash of about $228 million and no financial debt.
